Origin
The practice began when several engagement managers who had worked across Taiwan manufacturing and trading companies wanted a quieter room for mid-market audits: enough seniority on planning, enough fieldwork hours on the balances that actually move lender covenants.
We keep our office at 7thFl.-9No.1Wuchuan1Rd.HsinchungDist.NewTaipei, close to clients in Hsinchung and the wider New Taipei corridor, and travel for inventory observations and cash counts when material.

Working approach
We write engagement letters in plain language, send document request lists before fieldwork, and schedule closing meetings so draft findings are not a surprise. Materiality and sampling choices are explained to management, not only filed in the binder.
We do not prepare the books we later audit. When bookkeeping gaps appear, we pause substantive testing and tell you what must be closed before we continue — protecting both independence and your filing date.
